Settings

Open Settings to adjust how Demeter behaves for you.

Slippage tolerance​

The maximum price movement you'll accept on a swap, in basis points (bps). 50 bps = 0.5%. Presets are available, or set a custom value.

  • Lower slippage protects you from bad fills but may cause swaps to fail in fast or thin markets.
  • Higher slippage makes swaps more likely to go through, at the cost of a worse possible price.

Language​

Demeter's interface follows your Telegram app language automatically. Supported languages today:

  • English
  • Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia)
  • Chinese (中文)
  • Russian (Русский)

You can also set your preferred language explicitly from Settings. If a language isn't supported, the bot falls back to a default.

The access‑code prompt (before you're let in) is always shown in English, since your language preference isn't known yet. Everything after that is localized.

Price alerts (planned)​

Alerting on price thresholds is on the roadmap and may not be available yet. Check the bot menu for the current set of options.
